Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 3-4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail from the UK. We post once a week - if you need your item by a certain date please be sure to ask us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Prices are dependent on weight. Starting prices plus shipping times are as follows:
UK: from £2.95
First class (1-2 days)
Europe (non EU): From £4.95
Europe (EU): Tracked and signed from £10.95

Due to difficulties caused by Brexit, and the number of returned parcels we have had from various European customs, we have had to make the decision to only use the more expensive tracked and signed option when posting to EU countries. We are sorry for the additional costs this brings.
Since 1st January 2021, customers in EU countries may now have to pay VAT and handling fees upon import before receiving your parcel. We are not responsible for these costs. Please check your local postal service for more details.
EU countries we cannot ship to:
Due to administrative burden of the EU packaging directive, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries, as we are too small a business to manage both the financial and time cost of the legal requirements: France, Poland, Lithuania, Greece, Slovakia. We are very sorry for any disappointment this may cause.
In solidarity with Ukraine, we are not shipping to Russia at this time.
USA: From £6.50
Our shipping partner injects straight into the USPS system, meaning this fully tracked service is much more affordable than Royal Mail.
We ship in batches to the US, typically once a week. One it leaves us, delivery is 7-9 business days.
Other International: from £9.95

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs, and postage fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
We advise you to group your items in one order as we may not be able to group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
We may use recycled and reused packaging where possible to reduce waste.
How long will my order be "processing in progress"?
This status means your order will be picked and packed and then shipped the next time we go to the Post Office. It may be at this stage for 3-4 days but we try to get it done sooner if we can. If you have ordered a shaper or other handmade item, this means it is in the queue to be made, and may be at this status for the stated lead time on the product listing.
You can return items within 14 days from delivery. Items that are personalised or custom made can only be returned if they are faulty.
If you wish to return, please contact us by email, our contact form, or via your account, within the cancellation period.
Returned items muct be in new, unused condition. Items which have clearly been worn or are damaged will be partially refunded at our discretion, or store credit will be issued.
